Actual months come from the Daily Cash-Up, Completed days only (as on the Overview): wages from the staff sheet plus Labour lines (casual staff), each fixed-cost line by its category (rent, electricity, phone, pest control, accounting, marketing, BOA repayment, other), and Equipment lines as one-off costs. This month uses the larger of what's logged so far and your fixed costs. Faint figures in the inputs are automatic: the daily average is your 2026 turnover per trading day (see Trading history under Assumptions) and the seasonal % from the Woodstock pattern. Type over one to set your own, or clear it to go back to automatic.
